Our guarantee covers the supply and installation of the following items;

The following are supplied with guaranteed for 10 Years;
PVC frames, superstructures and sealed units against defects in materials, manufacture and installation.

Finishing kit; handles, hinges, locks and other related hardware are guaranteed for 10 years against defects in materials, manufacture and installation.

The guarantee does not include normal wear and tear, accident damage,
misuse or other actions resulting in component failure,
we do operate a replacement policy at a competitive rate to
ensure our products continue give you many years use and pleasure.

The guarantee is not transferable.
